It is an AGP card, which means it is on a 32 bit system, which means you're limited to 4GB of RAM, which means you shouldn't be installing windows 7 as an operating system. It is going to suck up all your resources just being on.
What is the reason for investing time in this relic? If you'd like to play older games - use an older operating system.

They discontinued the drivers for this card shortly after the release of DirectX 9 with Windows XP. You're not going to find manufacturer drivers for this card that are compatible with Windows 7.

You'll be forced to use Windows XP mode which requires much more than 4GB of RAM (and 64-bit OS) to run smoothly within Windows 7. This is not a good idea.

NVidia did not create any Windows 7 drivers for that obsolete product and no, you cannot use Windows XP drivers with Windows 7. However, there is a driver for Windows Vista that may work - Forceware 96.85 released 10/17/2006.
Some folks should do a little research before simply proclaiming that no such drivers exist. Windows 7 shares the same driver model as Windows Vista and most of the time the drivers work just fine.
You'll have to go through a manual search on the NVidia site to find it.

I actually was aware of this. In my mind, if a product does not have Windows 7 drivers then it's likely not designed for Windows 7.

99% of the time the only difference between the Windows Vista and Windows 7 versions of a driver is an update to the .inf to account for the difference in OS version. Windows Vista drivers have been used for years in Windows 7 where the manufacturer didn't write anything Windows 7 specific.
