Old guy needs help building a gaming/3d rendering machine

Last time i built a computer was 15 years ago. But i am getting into d rendering and still like gaming (COD infinate war, Fallout the whole anthology, etc.) I can put them together just fine but never was good at understanding what goes well with what and whats good for what. I have a budget of $1000 to $1200 but prefer to stay on the $1000 side. Could someone please help me with this?

I built my first PC a couple months ago it was easy but deciding parts/compatibility was not. Your choices have to be made with care. Your going to have to be a budget master to keep within 1000 if you want a gaming/rendering machine. You should build something that you can upgrade later. A decent motherboard and Cpu can put you in the range of 600 and beyond. So this might break your budget(unless you cheap out on everything else. Doing your own pricing and research is part of the experience and I suggest you try. Once your finished it very rewarding. I choose 3 of each item and narrowed it to the final choice. Just make sure it fits into your CASE.

It took me 2 months to finally decide on everything and I went way over my budget.
