Hey, as title says, my friend has msi 960 2gb and i have sapphire nitro+ 480 4gb we tried to compare fps and he has more, and also in gta when i go too fast sometimes sky flashes black, got my gpu last friday...

gpu is the main thing about gaming but it is not everything.
CPU is prob the problem here.

i have i5 6500 and 8gb of ram he has amd a10 6800k 8gb of ram

Check your driver and OS install, and make sure your components aren't overheating and massively throttling back. Your build SHOULD be crushing, but give us more details.

i was playing gta for 5 minutes temps were max 82C driver is current one, i also occured not loading textures or objects while going too fast
