Will OC'ing my A6 6400k black edition will reduce RX 480 bottleneck?

I have an Amd a6 6400k black edition (stock clock and fan) and a Radeon rx 480 8gb but right now Rx 480 is being bottlenecked by the CPU. If i OC'it by getting a corsair H60 water cooling system will get better performance?

Solution
"Ax" APU's are not meant for AAA gaming. The benefit of getting one is the built in lower tiered GPU that is built in. They have their place, but gaming generally is not it. There really is not much you can do to that to make it better. As superninja12 said above, give us your full system specs and a budget and someone should be able to help.

Doesn't matter how high you oc it unless you reach like impossibly high clocks (i'm talking over 7ghz here) that cpu will still bottleneck that gpu hard. Just upgrade your cpu to an i5 with a new motherboard and ddr4. Don't spend money on something so weak.
