Can I fit a
Gigabyte 970A-UD3P Motherboard (AMD 970, SB950 DDR3, SATA, RAID, ATX, Gigabit Ethernet LAN, Socket AM3+) Rev. 2.0.
into a
CiT F3 White Matx Gaming Case With 12cm Blue LED Fan & Black Stripe
(found on amazon).

No, if it only fits a MicroATX board, then you cannot fit that. It's like trying to fit a quarter into a slot that only accepts dimes. However, you put a Micro-ATX into a ATX case.

Bascially, you cannot start small and go big, but you can start big and go small.
