Linux server router with DHCPv6-PD?

I'm currently running a pfSense router, but I have been told about some security and performance issues with it that makes me want to try to create a full blown Linux server for my router. I have done such a thing before with IPv4, but I have never been able to get IPv6/DHCPv6 prefix delegation working. I tried searching on Google for such instructions, but most of what I got was not even relevant, and the few results that did come up were very partial.

Does anyone here have any experience with Linux, IPv6 routing, and DHCPv6 prefix delegation that might be willing and able to point me in the right direction? (I'm sure this will be caught by Google so that others who do this search will also find what they need later on. So, be famous and write up a procedure that future generations can use.)
