Is Computer corrupt

According to Dell today, they told me that my system is corrupt and they cud help for a nominal fee.
So what does it mean exactly? I have a Super Multi Blue Install Disc....would this help my problem or a Dell drivers and utilities disc?
Please help I am going crazy here!

What exactly do you mean Dell told you? They called you out of no-where? There was a Dell system check utility running that came up with a message? You called them for some issue? Do you even have an issue you know about?

If you just got a call or email from someone that said they are from Dell, don't talk to them and do not let them on your computer remotely or you will end up with issues.
