My GPU Drivers come with Radeon Software (not Crimson) so I'd like to know how to increase my GPU usage which is usually low.

As the long title says, my GPU (albeit being low-end) runs at about 60% usage and when gaming. It being low-end kinda means bad performance at only 60%. I looked online everywhere on how to increase GPU load/usage but only found solutions using Catalyst Crimson software which doesn't come with the driver package now, only the Radeon software. This software is nothing like the catalyst software and I can't find any power options in it.
My budget rig uses a fx-6300 and the GPU is the HD 7850.
Thanks in advance for any solutions.

I actually already overclocked it using msi afterburner. Got a little performance boost but usage was still low.
