Hi.

Yesterday I installed my new Intel 600P 512GB SSD in my computer.
Had a lot of trouble before I got started at all, but I got it running eventually.

I can not find it in bios when I check what hard drives I have connected, the only place I can see it is under Boot Options. So I could get the computer to boot on it so I could install win on it.

I run a bench on SSDn it gives pretty good value. But everything I do on the computer feels really tough and it takes a hell of time to start the games, etc. ca2-3 times as long compared to my other SSD that I had before. A Samsung 840 256GB.

The same applies when the games start I have roughly a halving of the performance of all the games I have, if not more. In battlefront, I've gone from about 140fps to about 40-50 fps. I have installed all the drivers I can think of but it does not seem to make any difference at all.
Anyone who has any suggestions on what to do?

I have also tried to put the newest BIOS on the motherboard but it has not affected the performance.
If I start my computer with the old SSD disk everything works just as it should.

My setup
Asus Maximus viii Ranger
Intel 6700K
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 2666MHz DDR4
MSI 1070 GTX
Intel 600p SSD 512GB
Samsung SSD 840 256GB

You forgot to include your storage drives, the chassis, the CPU cooler, the PSU and OS for your build. Please include them. That being said, have you tried running your system off of the M.2 ssd alone while the SATA driven SSD is unplugged? I'm assuming you haven't been able to install your OS onto your M.2 drive, correct? Perhaps this guide could be of assistance?
