I have an ASROCK X99 Extreme4 motherboard, i7-6800k and 4x4 crucial DDR4 RAM, those are the only new components.
Using a RM750x I know works, with a GTX 760 and Kingston SSD that I also know work(they game from my previous build)
Under a fresh Windows 7 install it goes through setup just fine making me think the CPU and ram are fine. When it does the first boot, it sits there about 15 seconds then reboots. After that, after post I get a blinking cursor for a second then it restarts
