Do PC Desk Builds Need to Have Water Cooling

Generally speaking no. The main reason people water cool desk PCs is due to looks, and clearance.
If youre going to spend all that time and money on a desk PC, they have no problem going the extra mile for water cooling.
Second, big air wont necessarily fit into the desk (depending on the build).
