Can I run Xbox 360 games on PC?

I heard that you could play xbox one games with windows 10. I have windows 10 and a bunch of xbox 360 disks. If I were to put one of the disks into the optical drive in my computer would the game run? I heard that your supposed to play it on your xbox then connect it to your pc. Can I just plug it into my computer and run it please help.

Do you talk about XBox 360 (in title) or XBox One (in text)? These are different systems. Microsoft have a new Windows 10 universal App compatibility. A game supporting this from Windows 10 store can be buyed once and be played on XBox One and Windows 10 PC. But this only works with download title and you have to download it to the system. And it only works with a handful games.

This does not work with physical medias. It only works with a handful of games from Windows store, which you need to buy from.
