BF1, Low GPU Usage, High CPU Usage, Low FPS

Usual GPU usage on BF1 is 10-20%. CPU usage is 80-99%. Not just for this reason but my cpu is being really annoying and I need an upgrade anyways. My fps is usually 10-15 fps on low or medium. Just to note, when playing other games like overwatch, league, TF2 and etc., I can get my gpu to 99% usage and low cpu usage like normal.

I'm upgrading soon to a core i5-6600k with a new motherboard and dominator platinum 16gb DDR4 RAM.

MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard
AMD FX-8320 (4.0ghz)
Evo 212
GTX 970 Graphics Card
240GB Kingston SSD
1TB Hard Drive Western Digital Blue
HyperX 8GB DDR3 Ram
500w Evga Power Supply

I've played the beta and it worked fine. I've seen others do it too. And it still shouldn't be only using 10% of my gpu with 100% of my cpu.

Mate why GTX 970 with AMD cpu??? go intel and have fun not because it's better but because is more compatible with games i mean games are focused on intel and nvidia... not that amd is sux or something...

Your CPU is weak but it's far from handling only 10% of a 970. Open task manager and see if there are any other problems, check temperatures and in worst case scenario you can get away with it reinstalling Windows.

My cpu can handle the 970. It has before. I've checked temperatures, check task manager and I don't have my original copy of windows.
