Can a router catch wifi signal and than pass it through ethernet cable?

My place is in complete wifi zone but i have a device that only connects through wire-cable (LAN) and I need to keep that device far from my modem+router and i don't want to do a lengthy wiring.

As such, I wanted to know if a router (http://www.amazon.in/TP-Link-TL-WR720N-Wireless-Router/dp/B008I3GCGM/ OR http://www.amazon.in/TP-Link-TL-WA701ND-150Mbps-Wireless-Access/dp/B002YETVVE/) can catch the wifi signal already in the place and pass it through the Ethernet cable connected to it.

Or, if there any another device that can do this.

some routers can be used as bridge like your wanting to do but some require you use the same type of router as is connected to your cable/dsl modem. An easier solution would be like a range extender that comes packed with a Ethernet port so you can hook up a wired device. like the ones below:
