I have a 500gb drive, Dual booted to Windows 10 (day to day work) and Windows 7 (Flight sim), there is no further capacity for expansion. I would like to copy/transfer the window 7 partition on to a new 1T Internal Drive, expand the Windows 10 partition into the newly formed space and keep the Dual Boot facility, How is this best achieved?

Make an ISO copy of your Windows 7 instillation partition and have it stored onto an external hard drive. I would highly recommend that you reinstall your copy of Windows 10 once you've expanded the partition to one large drive. I would also like you to read through this guide on dual booting.

Just be sure to keep an eye on your motherboard BIOS, if there any updates, have them on before making any installation procedures.
