I've tested it in more than one computer, so the setup is not the problem. The screen is working properly until I install the drivers. During drivers installation the screen goes black. Is it possible the card to be broken, or as long as it works without drivers it should be a driver compatibility problem with windows?

Solution
Insofar you can get into safe mode, it means the graphics card is working. The problem suggests it is software based, i.e. the graphics driver. You would have seen a low resolution in safe mode because Windows uses the essentials to allow the PC to work.

You may want to try a clean driver installation to see it helps (just in case the previous driver was corrupted or something).

I notice there's a hotfix released about a week ago for the HD6000 series which may also be worth checking out to see if it resolves some issues.
Depends specifically when the screen goes black. It's normal for the screen to go black, change resolutions and perhaps flicker when new drivers are being installed. After the driver installation is complete everything should return to normal.

What precisely did you test on more than one computer? The graphics card or the monitor?

I have tested the graphics in more than one computer setups.

It goes off for ever, no matter how much I leave it on when installing the drivers. If the installation completes, I have to go through safe mode and uninstall the drivers in order to be able to see again in normal mode. I've tested a clean windows 10 install but the problem was not solved. Is it possible the card to be faulty but be able to work without drivers? Or as long as the card is working without drivers the card is good and I'm doing something wrong?

Thank you for your help!
