Slow computer after the first start up of the day.

Hi everyone.
every night I shut down my PC, but in the morning after when I start it my FPS (in games) is really low (like 20) and even the internet is slow and laggy. So, what I usually do (and it works) is restarting and everything is good again.
Another thing I wanted to mention- It won't always be like this after the first start up of the day.
But in 30% of the time it is. This is not a huge problem and restarting takes like 5 second but I am worried it might be something with the graphic card and I really hope you can maybe understand what's going on and why.
Thanks!

My suggestion is to switch off autoscans of anti-virus and things of that nature. Perform those tasks manually when you want to, weekly or whenever. Things automatically running in the background can cause performance issues and make troubleshooting needlessly more difficult. Next, use MSconfig or Autoruns(my choice) to control what boots up with your computer. You don't want anything except the most vital things booting up every time you start Windows. You can manually start optional things when you need them. Lastly, get an SSD if you don't have one. You won't have slow boot problems ever again.

I have Bitdefender that scans my computer every few days and what can I do if I have lots of background programs running?
