I've built this computer and have given it to my parents, parts are about a year old. We can sometimes get it to boot into safe mode but sometimes we can't even get to the startup/boot. I can't login to windows 7 without using safe mode. There is nothing that I can think of that would cause this because I have used this computer before hand. I need help with the problem or 400$ is going to go down the drain.
