Repair damaged win 10

How do you recover win 10 when the damage does not allow the mouse or keyboard to function.
I cannot select or start a program.
I can se the files if I access over network but cannor rdp onto the pc,
Its running the fre version so really want to rescue it.

run it from a USB installation disk, the software that allows the mouse and keyboard to work are then run from the stick, and are separate from the broken install.

MS has logged your license against your hardware, assuming you activated it, so just download it from the MS site.

yes, providing you activated it, however you must use the repair features on the stick, not any install features else you risk losing data (it's at risk anyway, so do what you can to back it up first).
