I have a Tri-X 290 OC which worked flawlessly until today. I switched on the PC and the monitor was blank while I saw that the HDD LED was blinking on the front of the case.
I checked in BIOS (after noticing that the PC booted from the iGP) that the default graphics driver is the PCI-e one.
I checked the device manager after booting from the iGP and there was nowhere to be found any VGA other than the Intel Graphics driver.

What should I do or check first?
Thanks in advance :)

No, but i will now.
The crazy thing is that when I booted up with the iGP, to read the comments if I got some, but the windows UI loaded up strangely and other than the wallpaper slideshow, there was no movement on the screen at all. Then I heard HW connect/deconnect sounds and then I tried to plug the D-Sub cable back to the adaptor which made HDMI to D-Sub and then it worked. Then I made a reboot and again, the PC started with IGP, but this time, without tha VGA.

BTW, the VGA fans are always spinning.

To be honest, I didn't try it before asking the question, because I checked every connection, every holding screw and other fixing mechanisms, but they seemed to be OK, and because the card's installation is quite new, I was sure that this won't be the solution. Well, I was wrong. Thank you :)
