hey guys i successfully unlocked my cpu to 4 cores , i was overjoyed by the increased perfomance when i get to play high settings 60 fps unlike before.But the happiness is short.

my pc kept getting stuck and i have to force restart the pc.
is there anything i can do to make it stable?

i only change the ec firmware to hybrid in my bios setup and i didnt touch anything else

So you unlocked it to a Phenom II x4 B60? If things got unstable then you will need to turn a core off, although a great number of those AM3 CPU's will unlock there is no guarantee they will work fully.

What is your Motherboard make and model maybe I can explain further.

motherboard = ga-ma74gm-s2
should i increase the voltage a bit to make it stable?

new update: i disabled the 4th core and make it run on triple core . I never had any freezes untill i ran prime95 . but if dont run prime 95 and just play games like normal it will never get any freezes.

also can i try overclocking my cpu a little bit with the unlocked 3 cores?

After playing overwatch with 3 cores . the second match makes the game crash, i decided to restart my pc and then pc wont boot untill the windows logo . It was fun while it lasted , though i havent tried overclocking my cpu though.
