The video card and power supply are the weak points in the system, water cooler and a K model CPU with a GT 720 card and a Corsair CS model power supply means someone did not advice you at all where to spend the money on. It's like spending $2,000 on leather seats instead of better engine or tires.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from JamesConnelly : "Where best to sell customised PC?"

Putting that bad GPU into such a good machine is a waste, have you taken the GPU out or something? The specialist that build you the pc screwed you if he has put GT 720 Graphics card in it.

Anyway, you can sell it for good money, over 500$. I don't know how it is in your country regarding second hand markets, you can try on Ebay if you don't know of any better place.
