Rate my build with out video card ( im gona to 1060 3gb), all party good quality?, is there any advice?

DDR4 2133Mhz is still good enough, it's not worth spending more money in motherboard just to get faster rum, your build is good and balanced.

All good, perhaps you are spending too much on motherboard, it has great audio but apart from that you don't get much else for the extra price you pay. Also you should get 16GB of ram instead, the 2x8GB sticks of ram that run at 3000Mhz or 3200Mhz are best price / performance wise. Also RX 480 is better for the money and more future proof thanks to it's better compatibility with Direct X 12.

i'm not going to oc , what mobo shold i get , is there different 16 and 2*8 ?! and my mobo h170 run DDR4 2133Mhz !
