Getting bad frames in rainbow six siege with a GTX 1070

Hello, I have seen some youtube videos and others post about their fps using a gtx 1070 at ultra settings at 1440p. They get around 90+ frames depending on the map at 2560x1440. I always get under 80 frames for all maps. Especially favela where it goes down to 40 fps. on average i get about 50-60 fps on ultra settings at 2560x1440. I am wondering what i could do to improve my fps. I already did a clean driver install. I have the latest drivers.

Specs:
acer 27in 1440p 144hz monitor.
GTX 1070 EVGA ACX 3.0
8gb ram DDR3
2tb harddrive
i5 3570k @3.4hz
corsair tx750 psu

Your CPU is kinda outdated and it could be a reason you get a few less frames, 10+ frames difference is expected when compared to new gen CPU's like i7 6700K. Also 8GB of RAM is not enough if you are running 1440p 144hz, also the ram could be too slow running at 1333Mhz.

i am getting horrible FPS dips while playing rainbow. what am i doing wrong that i should fix?
my setup is MSI Z270 M7; i5 7600k; 16 gb ram DDR4; GTX 1070 SC; 850W power supply; CPU is liquid cooled
