Yesterday I was using Spotify om my pc, I turnd it of for ca 1 hour then re powerd it.

The pc forced me into Bios, I did no changes here, I restarted and now it won't post

The mobo is a:
Asus Maximus VIII Formula

And a led by the 24pin atx supply labeled CPU is on

CPU: I7 6700k

All Fans starts, the pc does not automatically power of

No power to keyboard or mouse
No output to screen

And the integrated led's on my mobo doesn't start, usually the led's are on even if the pc is of.

Can that be a sign of the PSU sending a bust of power that destroyed components?

PSU: corsair RM750I

It could just be one of pc case connectors short circuting, like the power led connector or similar. The easiest is to change PSU first and try with a different one and see how it goes, changing motherboard is much harder so you should try that later.
