Solution
No it wont, to get 100% performance you will either need a new motherboard or a PCI-Express SATA controller on at least a PCI-Express 4x 2.0 link with SATA 6Gbit/s (SATA 3) slots, which in the case of your motherboard would require removing the graphics card in the PCI-Express 16x slot.

Either way it will be much faster than a hard drive ever could be. I would recommend since you are looking at Samsung a Samsung 750 EVO series as it is cheaper than the 850 EVO and you wont be able to utilize the extra performance of the 850 EVO on that motherboard.
