I got a new computer from my cousin (hand-me-down) until I get my build, he shipped it through UPS (does have insurance though of $100) and it was working perfectly fine before, but the MOBO (Asus F2A85-M) ports aren't working (doesnt have an external GPU in it) I have tried the VGA and HDMI ports from the mobo to two different monitors (Cables and monitors work because I had my ps3 hooked up to one and laptop to the other) and the monitors don't even read the mobo, and none of the USB ports work (tested with KB and mouse, checked if leds were up). The cpu fan turns on and I can hear the ODD and HDD running, but I couldn't find where there was even a spot for the HDD. There is the front panel led for the ODD, not sure if it's supposed to be continuously on or not, but it blinks when I open/close the disk tray. I have also tried my KB and mouse on the front panel ports, but no such luck (I am unsure how to test earbuds in front panel when I can't have some sort of sound haha). Going to try taking it into UPS today, see about getting the insurance, but in the case that they either don't return insurance or they return it with insurance, I want to try to fix it. Any ideas/tips?
Edit: The power led works too

another trick to see if it's hardware or software, if you have a spare hard drive, blank, install it and remove the other hard drives - do a quick install of windows, no other programs, and see if the ports work then or not

if they do, then windows has corrupted some drivers on your original drive - you'll be best to do a complete fresh re-install
