Ok so a little backround info. I had windows 10 on my laptop for a while however it has been running at 100% disk usage for reasons unknown to me. So i decided to do a fresh windows 7 install and just leave it as windows 7 (how i originally purchased the laptop)
So i get the new image installed and it will not connect to the internet and the usb drives do not work. Im a little tech savvy so i go into the bios put usb to auto and put the network controller drivers onto a thumb drive and download it onto the problematic laptop. Now the controller is up but im still getting a red x and i am unable to connect.
At this point i was running late for work and had to go. My question is will i need to download some more drivers before i can connect wired or wirelessly? For example will i need to download a lan driver and a wireless lan driver? Pictures of drivers that need updating soon to come. (Im at work, and my wonderful wife is gonna send them when she has a chance.)
