Low FPS on high end gaming pc

My specs are
I7-6700k
Msi 1070
A data 2x 4gb ddr4 4 ram
Corsair liquid cooling on my cpu
And a Sandisk ssd

So I play a lot of arma 3 and I know it's not optimized very well but then I see people streaming it at like 80+ fps with very few dips and their specs are like an i5 with like a 780. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you have power savings turned off in windows control panel and Nvidia control panel. Install something like GPU-Z and make sure your using near all of the usage when gaming.

Some times the gpu will limit how much of its usage it's using, I used to accidentally have "power saver" on and when turned off my gpu created much better performance.
