GTX 1050 Ti - FPS Issue

I bought a new GTX 1050 Ti and having fps issue while playing CSGO. I have FX6300 CPU, im running it on low settings and there is 60-70 fps. I talked with Nvidia Support for this issue and asked for bottlenecking and they said "no". I tried everything (reinstalling drivers, pc format...)
Still having same issue. Tell me if i am bottlenecking or what should i do?

My setup:
CPU: AMD FX6300
GPU: MSI GTX 1050 Ti OC 4GB
Motherboard: M5A97 LE R2.0
RAM: 8GB Kingston HyperX
PSU: Cooler Master 500W

hi im having the same problem and i do not know what to do, ive already re installed and installed the latest drivers and it doesnt show any difference, supposevely i would be able to run rainbow six siege on 80-100 fps and im getting 10-30 fps. help!
