I was very uneasy about buying a core i3 6100 and a new radeon RX480 graphics card. I currently have only played tested it on civilization 6 game. also note I have a H170 pro4s motherboard.

I don't know if I'm loosing some framerates or not for a i3 6100 was not exactly recommended howevewr wasn't discouraged either but it seems that although I was very uneasy about not having a core i5 it seems that this processor runs my system exceptionaly well.

am using ddr4 2400 ram (@2133mhz) and a Kingston hyperx m.2 250gb predator m.2; (pcie ssd)

I am averaging around 48fps in civ6 am at late game 3/4ths way through a round although my frame average was taken using the built in graphics benchmark test.

On the AI Benchmark test (and I'm assuming it is more-so based off cpu performance)
I got average turn taking 20.18 seconds.

all done with an open wep page (Microsoft edge), key scrambler, and windows defender on Windows 10 Pro x64bit running in background

ty forum members and all for the help, feedback, and support.

so if your thinking of buying a budget build id say to you that am very pleased with this build. some of the stuff might not exactly be budget but moved over from my old computer like the PSU and m.2 pcie drive

I didn't mean it harmfully, yet i didn't find a better expression of my true feelings.

I mean if you are satisfied with the performance your CPU offers who am i to judge you?

(just sayin', you can get so much more for the small price of 300$) :D
