Hello everybody, i have a problem while playing gta v, whenever i go too fast objects spawn very late and textures of buildings are blurry.

Iam getting 82C temps max
I saw in HWmonitor that fans are spinning max 1000rpm but they are allowed to spin up to 2300 maybe that's the problem.

iam playing on these settings: http://imgur.com/a/0YB2y

i tried high priority and win 7 compatability mode, now iam reinstalling gta v but could somebody tell me any tips ?

Solution
Try to also lower "Reflection" quality and distance scaling to at least half, i think distance scaling is causing the problem, your friend probably has those settings at much lower.

What CPU do you have and how much RAM? Also 82°C is kinda too high, you should download MSI Afterburner and turn auto fans control on so it can ramp up the fan speed to keep temperatures lower. I don't trust AMD default fan control speeds.

Your CPU is good enough, textures are blurry because you might have motion blur and depth of field on. Try turning them off, also download MSI afterburner and set Auto fan control to get lower temperatures and see how it goes.

just download msi afterburner, i uninstalled gta v but i will try it tomorrow, it could be because of the fans because now iam trying different speeds

already did it, i even tried putting everything lowest and it was still doing that, funny is that even my 4years old notebook that i played gta on before this pc wasn't doing it

update: tried putting somethings on very high results: same fps same issue when even on higher settings, after like 12 minutes of playing even whole buldings were not loading i could maybe try to isntall it on ssd ? also temps while very high settings of gpu were 60C

i think i found the problem, i5 6500 is on 100% while playing online, maybe the boost mode not turned on ?

update: friend with amd a10 6800k has 50-55% cpu usage

Yea, the CPU shouldn't be at 100% in GTA 5, there is something strange happening in the background. Have you installed motherboard drivers?

i did, HWmonitor says that all cpus are using 3300 mhz but there is also max and that is 3500-3600 mhz (boost mode) it seems like it's not on

check this, put w10 64bit in there http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5527&dl=1&RWD=0#dl

i downloaded and installed these drivers:
Realtek HD Audio Driver
Intel INF installation
Intel LAN driver
Intel® Rapid Storage Technology

I think those CPU's run boost only on single core, when it needs one core more than others it should boost to 3600 mhz, when all 4 cores are used it should run at 3300 mhz so it's fine.

To make sure you can go to bios and find the option "Load Optimized Default", it should turn the boost on if it isn't arleady. Either way that shouldn't be the cause of GTA 5 running badly because 4 cores at 3300 Mhz is still more than enough to play the game without using 100% of CPU.

ok iam going to try to find it now

so the 100% usage could be the problem ?
