Okay. I am losing my mind. One day my computer decided to stop working. When I turn it on it looks like it is booting up properly... But it turns to a blue screen "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We'll restart it for you." Underneath reads " if you'd like to know more, you can search online later for this error: PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA (Ntfs.sys). It will proceed to a blank screen for a second, begins to boot up reading 'preparing automatic repair' and ends up back on the blue screen. Over and over again.

I cannot get it to go into safe mode. I've tried: F8, Crlt +Shift+ Del, Fn+F1, holding down the power button for 20 seconds...

Nothing I have tried so far allows me to get out the loop.

Solution
On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB << its a handy boot disc if nothing else

page fault in non paged area can either refer to ram errors (run free version of http://www.memtest86.com/ on ram sticks, 1 at a time. any more than 0 errors is too many. It creates a bootable USB so doesn't need windows) or HDD (since NTFS is New Technology File System)

change boot order in bios so USB first, hdd second
boot from installer, on 2nd screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type chkdsk c: /f and press enter
will scan and fix any system files.
