I have an Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro that uses a PCI-e slot on my motherboard. Is there a setting in the bios that allows my PC to be turned off but to maintain power to the PCI-e slot?
The issue is that i can't play on my PS4 because the power needs to be on for the elgato to send HDMI signal to the monitor, and in order to do that, it needs power from the PC but sometimes i don't want to have the PC on just to play on my PS4 and i a;lso don't want to manually plug the HDMI into the monitor. Would i need a HDMI splitter?
