so i was sitting in my room roaming youtube on my pc, my brother in the other room had his pc on hibernate and when he turned it on my lights flickered, and pop pop, i ran to his room and his pc was off. i opened it up smelt no burning, checked all the cords all seem good. turned it back on, saw no sparks but i heard it. just pop pop continuously. now i dont want to go out replace and buy all new parts if everything is not broken.
My question is how do i determine what the problem is? bad outlet? bad psu? gpu? motherbored? a ghost?
how would i check if its my psu, my gpu, or something.
