High memory usage upon startup

Not really sure whats going on currently have 8GB installed whenever i start up its already at
80-90% usage looking for ways to remedy this

could be a memory leak. i had this upon my build i had to install win again then install all my software and drivers individually etc still did not suss the problem it seemed to be asus utilities software so i decided not to install them
