Secureboot in bios

I got an HP pavillion H8-1212c and i just bough a new graphic card (Geforce GTX 750 ti) when i install it, the computer bip and never booted. i have read on one of your thread that i should enable legacy support and disable secure boot in Bios. But when i go in my BIOS i don't have the option to disable secure boot. I have watch a few video on you tube and where they see the secure boot option, i dont see it. what can i do ? thanks.

update bios without the gpu installed use inter graded gpu for now till you do this
then boot into the bios and disable the secure boot under system security.

do not disable the legacy support in bios as well.

i have tried updating the Bios from the HP web site but for them i got the latest version. i have reinstall it anyway and still no secure boot:

where can i get that version of the Bios the link he posted is a blank page for me. also i am now under windows 10 does it change anything ?

it is on windows 8.1 x64bit you can change this there is not windows 10 version jsut download windows 8 and choose either 32bit or 64bit the one you have installed for example windows 10 pro x64 you can check this by right clicking on start, system that will tell you

But my computer is HP H8-1212c not H8-1212 is it ok to proceed anyway ?
my mother board is IPISB-CH2

sorry here is a link i do not see any bios downloads for the c version although i do not see any differance between the two so try the h8-1212 bios
