Hello

Having a problem & could not find the answer already posted

Just bought a new LG 55UH661V 4k TV. I'm trying to set it up to show 4k from my PC through HDMI port, but it'll only display in 1920x1080 (recommended).
I'm on windows 10 64 bit
Sapphire R9 270x
2.1 HDMI Cable
Crimson 16.6 (latest)

I've also got a BenQ GW2760 connected through DVI, working fine at 1920x1080.

Radeon setting say VSR is not supported for the TV.

Any idea's what I'm doing wrong?

Solution
I've stumbled across the solution :

I had to roll back a GFX driver update, so did a manual update & chose a clean install, after this the problem was fixed.

so clean install is the solution

I personally don't know AMD GPU's, but have you tried to set the resolution in the CCC?

Changing the resolution on Windows settings doesn't end well, I usually go on the GPU control center settings and set my resolution there.

I believe CCC has been replaced by Radeon software, I've looked in there, but can find no option to set resolution.

Thanks for the try
