Hey guys.
I'm buying a new motherboard for my setup with the goal of overclocking it considerably
But first i'd like to know more about somethings before buying any.

1) First of all, i have opted to buy the Gigabyte GA 970a UD3P mobo. I've found it in 2 stores (I am brazilian, these are my cheapest ways of buying them), by the box it seems that they are diferent versions but by the specifications, i didn't have notice any difference. I was worried that it could be related to different revisions or things like that. Can someone tell me? Here's the links:

2) second, i'd like to know if i'll have to upgrade my psu too to make a decent and noticeable overclock;
About the coolers, i think that my rig has enough to endure it. My cpu cooler is not the amd standart and it maintains a good temp under heavy load
So, my specs:
galax Gtx970 OC edition
10GB ram corsair vengeance 1600 (8Gb + 2Gb)
Amd Fx8370E
Hd 1.5TB sata - (don't remember rpm or brand now)
And my PSU corsair CX500.

-should I upgrade it then?
Thank you in advance!
