-UPDATE2-
After successfully booting my PC several times I'd say my problem has been fixed. I also ran chkdsk and defragmented my SSD and 2 HDDs. I suspect my issue lied with frequent power outtages at my house and me not having a no-break. Might be wise to invest in one asap as incorrectly turning off the PC may lead to BIOS issues and the likes.

-UPDATE-
Okay I managed to do a trick I found in another thread which I've lost the link to, but what I did was this:
Turn PSU off, press the power button and hold it. Without letting go of the power button, turn on the PSU, wait for about 2 seconds then turn the PSU off. Repeat. Still without letting go of the power button do this one more time and let the PC turn on, release the power button. This time I got a message saying my BIOS was corrupted and that it was auto-repairing or something. It gave me a loading bar which went up to 100% and then my PC started normally. I turned it off and tried turning it on again and I was back to the previous problem, with the blank "Gigabyte UEFI dualBIOS" screen, then reboot again.

Repeating the steps above lets me boot it normally and turn the PC on, but I am afraid the next time I turn it off and need to turn it on again I'll be stuck with the same issue from before. Any advice? Been thinking about updating my BIOS but I've never done that and I'm not sure how to proceed. I know there are many tutorials online but is it a good option right now? I've also read that there is a possibility that my boot sector may be corrupted or something... Also, thoughts?

--------------------------------------------

Last night I was using my PC and suddenly I got a bsod. I don't even remember what I was doing, I left it to go get food and when I was back the bsod was there. PC tried to restart but it got stuck at the loading screen post bios, with the loading spinning circle. It would stay like that forever. I attempted to force restart my PC by holding the power button and it would keep doing the exact same thing. After 3 attempts it would say windows was trying to auto repair for a few seconds, the PC would go to a black screen and sometimes I was able to select to restart the PC to fix the issue, to no avail, since I'd get a bsod again with a message like "can't access boot device".

I was able to enter the bios and check if my SSD (OS) and my 2 slave HDD (storage) were there and it was all listed. For some reason (thought it would help but didn't really think it through) I selected the boot override thing and selected one of my HDD without an OS, the PC gave me a black screen asking me to do something which I don't remember and press any key when done. I couldn't do anything and restarted my PC yet again... and I can't turn my PC on ever since.

Most of the times I power it up and it doesn't do anything beside spinning fans and lighting up my mouse and keyboard for a few seconds then turns itself off. There are times that it manages to do the beep, gives me the bios screen with the f keys and del options for a few seconds, then goes to a "Gigabyte UEFI dualBIOS" of sorts without any information (blank screen) and stays like that for about 5 seconds before turning itself off and repeating the reboot cycle. I have tried resetting the CMOS by removing the battery and leaving it off for a minute and then replugging. I've tried disconnecting both HDDs (but leaving the SSD with the OS plugged) but then the PC keeps restarting nonstop too. I've double checked and everything is properly plugged in...Please help!!
