I'm getting 400$ from my family for Christmas and I can't wait to spend it on a PC that can replace my xbox 360.
I spent 100 bucks on a monitor already amd for 300 bucks I needed the best PC possible.

Before you all make comments about how 300$ is too little you must know that:
1. An i7 4790 is already provided
2. Cooler Master Elite 130 case is already provided
3. Noctua NHL9i is already provided
4. An EVGA 500W bronze PSU is already provided
5. a 1TB hard drive is already provided

Now for 300$, it is optional that you guys can recommend me any other parts that might increase the performance of the PC as long as the case still maintain within the "small enclosure" area, a dorm room doesn't have much space.

If possible, group as much needed products as possible into one basket in one website just for convenience.

Thanks for the help!

Few words.

With GTX 1060 3GB, you can run today's games at high/ultra settings @ 1080p and get solid 60 FPS.

Edit:
For convenience, all parts at Newegg only (with some additional cost).

Although I do have a few questions, will the i7 4790 accept any Intel-8 chipset motherboard? And will the 4 pin power connector supply enough juice to the i7?
