http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/ suggests 560W PSU for my build with wattage load of 509W

R9 290X
i5 6500 3.2Ghz
GIGABYTE H110M-S2PV DDR3

PSU options:
1) Enermax MaxPro 700W
2) Enermax Triathlor ECO 650W
3) Corsair VS Series VS650
4) CoolerMaster B700 Ver.2
5) EVGA 700B Bronze

which one u guys suggest?

Solution
A high quality 550 watts is enough to run an R9 290X, you could take a 650 watts for headroom.

Take the Corsair Vengeance 550M or 650M, It's the best out of this list.
I'm running a 290X and i5 4590 on a 600W PSU, been fine for almost 2 years now. All of the PSUs you listed are cheaper units and probably don't deliver their rated power. Out of all of them, I like the EVGA 700B the most, but it's still a lower quality unit.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from Staskw09 : "R9 290X power requirement"

I'm using a Zalman ZM600-GV. At the time I bought it, it was listed as a good quality tier 2 PSU, but that's been open to debate as it's no longer listed on the Tier ratings here http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
So far it has performed without fault.

the only available near me cost:
CoolerMaster G650M - 95 euro
Seasonic S12II-620 - 86 euro
at this price there are:
Corsair CX Series 650W - 90 euro
Corsair Vengeance V650M - 95 euro
CoolerMaster G750M -99 euro

anyway i am thinking towards the seasonic..are the 620W enough for my specs?

The 290x uses 33A and a requires a 600W psu minimum,will 650W be enough for future CPU/GPU Overclock etc?

my last motherboard fried when an Allied Tech 600 -35 euro(which claims to be 600w) i was using, blowed up with a loud sound and flash while i was playing a 2016 triple A title on ultra (with r9 290x) was that cause of the cheap psu??fake wattage??or am i missing something else??

Yes, yes and probably yes. Cheap PSUs often don't deliver their rated wattage. Personally I think it's fraud, but while they can get away with they will. Here's a video I often link, to show the problem with cheap PSUs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f6snWfd1v7M
