I'm not the most speccy person for upgrades, but it seems my cpu falls for gaming while everything else kinda checks out OK for most games today. I was just wondering what I'd need to take this pc to a higher end gaming experience. I would like to play games like, Tom Clancy's: Rainbowsix siege and Overwatch at a good steady 60 FPS. But again, It seems my cpu is at fault for most of the set backs, so what could I buy or upgrade to increase the performance in my system?

If you need anymore details please tell me! I really don't want to have to buy a whole other PC just to game!

Do you have a budget? Are you looking for a full Motherboard/CPU upgrade or just asking what the best CPU you can get for that board is?

My standard recommendation would be get an i5-6600 which will require you to get a new motherboard and RAM. There isn't much need to buy anything fancy for your motherboard if you aren't into overclocking. I normally buy a H series for a standard single GPU setup. The 1050 can do many games at 60fps @1080 when paired with a decent processor, as you say your current CPU is a fairly big drag on the system.

I don't really have a certain budget. But if you can lead me to a good motherboard an processor That should be enough! As long as it allows me to play higher end games at 60FPS or more than that's ok. Edit: also ifyou can direct me to where I can buy the motherboard and chipset, plus ram, that would be fantastic. <3 Thank you in advance!
