Computer issue - even "experts" can't find the problem

I've had problems with my computer for roughly two months now, and I can't seem to find a solution.

It all started with my computer not booting properly, it would just loop back and forth and would never really start. I went to a computer store who tested my CPU if that was the problem - and it was. Because I had an old socket I had to change my motherboard and RAM if I wanted a proper new CPU - so I did.
I went back home to install the new components and I was relieved once the computer booted properly. However, after a few hours the computer randomly froze(everything, the screen, the sound). I started the computer again and the computer kept on freezing.
I gave up after 20 days and went back to the computer store to have them troubleshoot the computer. The took the computer and I waited 6 weeks before they replied back to me. They said that my CPU, motherboard, RAM, graphic card and harddrive were fine, however that they had some issues with my PSU. I took the computer back home, bought a new PSU and installed the component. However, the computer kept on crashing.
I've tried multiple sets of Windows installations, so there has to be some kind of hardware issue even though "experts" said that there were none.
Specs:

Corsair CX750M
XFX R7800 (I have two installed currently)
SATA 64MB Cache 1TB WD
Samsung 250gb SSD
MSI Z170A PC MATE
Intel Core i5-6600K 3,5GHz
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB

Any replies would be helpful.

Might sound like a silly thing to check, but I had the same issue with a rig, everything seemed to check out okay, and it was fine for a short time after being built. But then it started crashing randomly for no apparent reason, and sometimes not booting up at all. I finally gave up and sent it in...only to find out that I'd completely forgot to put the standoffs on the case for the mainboard, and the bottom was grazing the case, and causing random shorts. May not be that, but something I've experienced, so thought it might be worth a look... ;)

CPU looks fine. All cables are properly wired and the cooler isnt too tighten.

No, the pins in the socket you put the CPU in. All 1151 of them. Even one slightly misaligned will cause problems, but it does involve removing cooler and chip which is frustrating.

What do you mean? That the motherboard isnt properly put on?

hammer the del delete button as you push the power button that should take you into the bios in there should be a system info section which will provide you with a bios version and is were you can change system config boot order or anything if it asks for username and password standard is "admin" "password"

No, he didn't imply that, it was just a suggestion for something for you to look at.
