Hello. i now there are a lot of questions on this artical and i am also asking the same thing that will a gtx 750 ti will run on a 280 watt psu.i am running a nvidia quadro 2000 on it.and here is the confusion the quadro`s recommended psu is 450 watt and 30 amps and its been a year i am running it with no erorr.
i have a dell optlex 755
8 gb ram
1tb HDD
and a qadro 2000
On the other hand the gtx 750 ti`s recommended psu is 300 watt and 18 amps.
So should i buy gtx 750 ti?

The Quadro is a 51W card. The GTX 750 Ti has a TDP of 60W. So if the PSU was safe with the Quadro, it probably will be OK with the GTX 750 Ti. But it would be nice to know more about the PSU. Nameplate Specs?

i compare both cards on a famous website named as(GAME DEBATE)and it show that the quadro 2000 use max power of 62 watts and the gtx 750 ti use 60 watts now will it be ok?

The PSU should be fine, but which Optiplex 755 do you have? Mini tower, desktop, small form factor, or ultra small form factor?
