Everything looks good, but a few concerns. Do you plan on overclocking? If so, you will need a Z170 motherboard. If not, move down to a 6600 (non k) or 6500. If you can, you can even pick up a i7-6700 for better multitasking. Also if you are not going to overclock, you will can remove that CPU cooler and use the stock cooler with the non-K CPUs. Also, They make PCI x1 WiFi adapters. I hear TP-Link is a good brand. Consider getting either an SSD for faster boot times in Windows or extra 8GB of RAM (an 8GBx2 RAM set will do).
Again, not bad, just trying to get the best bang for your buck.
