So i started to build a pc about a week ago and i was looking/buying for computer parts and luckily i found a HDD in my old pc and i tried to use it. It worked and i tried to clean some junk files but it was so many and i decided to format the drive. I search google how to format it and i followed the instructions by using the command prompt i dont remember it but it was something like diskpart stuffs and when i finished formatting it i saw in the instructions "youre done! all you have to do is to format it to ntfs or fat32" i dont really got it but i tried to formst it to ntfs (f = ntfs, i dont remember) but the process was too slow so i cancelled it (idk why probably because i dont get it) so i restarted my pc and the "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected" showed up and i tried many things like boot ordering in the bios and i dont know what to do now. please i need help. Thank you

*sorry for my bad eng*

You need some kind of installation medium, like a DVD or USB. Either you buy one (along with a legit license) or you can create one using someone elses computer. Using Microsofts "MediaCreationTool" available from their site you can create a Windows 10 .ISO from either a Windows 7 or Windows 10 computer. Note that the former method will let you install the OS but it will not be activated and seen as counterfit. I highly recommend to buy a legitimate copy to save you a ton of headache, make sure it's not marked OEM, so that you can use it again if you replace the motherboard or do any other mayor upgrades in the future.

You've formatted your drive, that's your problem :)

When you format a drive you erase everything on it, that includes the operating system (Windows, for example). You have to reinstall it.
