Mature rpg for PC/PS4?

I'm a big fan of turn based RPG's and have a preference for sci-fi too so looking over the suggestions here's a list of Hardcore Turn Based RPG's that are currently in my Steam Library that you might also like:

Wasteland 2
Shadowrun (particularly Dragonfall and Hong Kong)
Fallout 1 and 2
Aracum: of Steamworks and Magic Obscura (on GoG)

These are Turn Based Strategy games with heavy RPG elements/character development:

Xcom (all of them are good)
Xenomorphs (original Xcom with updated gameplay)
Jagged Alliance 2 and Wildfire
Fallout Tactics
Valkyria Chronicles (own it but haven't played it yet)
Gorky 17
Silent Storm
Dead State

These are some good turn based RPG's in a fantasy setting:

Dragon Age: Origins
Divinity: Original Sin...

Turn based? The original Fallout series comes to mind; especially Fallout 2. And maybe the new Wasteland game. And I haven't played it in a long time but maybe Gorky 17 or Jagged Alliance 2 will sort of fit your criteria but they're more "strategy with RPG elements" than straight up RPG's. I don't get into JRPG's but there's probably a bunch of those available; especially on the PS 4.

I just don't want the comedy riddled games like Disgaea. I really enjoyed Final Fantasy 7. I really like games with a dark, bleak story.

Like violent-mature... ah! Here's a list:

The Elder Scrolls Series
Diablo Series
WoW (it's kinda ironic that people call it WoW when it doesn't wow most of its players!)
Mass Effect Series (I have a feeling that the new Mass Effect isn't going to be really good)
Fallout Series (you tried Fallout right?)
The Witcher Series (I'll just keep spamming "Series" xD)
Dark Souls Series
Star Wars : The Old Republic (you will be able to play if you have a time machine)
Dragon Age Series
South Park : The Stick of Truth

Let's see, 1 2 3 4... 7! I mentioned the word "Series" 7 times!
You know, you could just google them. I googled all of these... Fallout is my favorite if you ask me.

Baldur's Gate HD 1 and 2 (not specifically "turn based" but can be set up to auto-pause after every round so it feels turn based sort of)
Neverwinter Nights 2
Temple of Elemental Evil

These are all games I've played and enjoyed. Admittedly some are pretty old school and I played them shortly after their initial release but they still hold up and have big fan bases. Just take a look at any of them on Steam or GoG to see if they'd interest you. Most can be had for under $10; especially during a sale.
