You're saying to me that those 3 CPU sockets are the same?

That is some false information you're spreading, they're different and are not compatible with each other.

The Z170GT7 Motherboard is a Z170 Motherboard, and supports LGA1151 and LGA1151 only, not LGA1150, 1155 or any other socket type.

That motherboard...

No it is not compatible.

Z170 Motherboards are a completely different socket to your i3-3220 which is the LGA 1155 Socket, whereas the motherborad is a LGA1151 Socket. You basically answered your own question, you cannot use DDR4 RAM on a CPU where it is not compatible.

alright, the cpu types 1155, 1151, 1150 is the same. in the socket written 115x that mean can be use by 1155, 1151 and 1150 intel socket.

That motherboard does support DDR4 RAM, but not the CPU he has, which is an LGA1155 socket, hence, you'd need an LGA1155 Motherboard to go with it, which he already has.

To use that motherboard you'd need to hop to an i3-6100+, i5-6400+ or i7-6700+.
