I am planning to get a evga gtx 1050ti but all I can find on eBay or amazon is superclocked versions, the reason I'm going with this gpu is that it doesn't require a PCIe power connector, will a superclocked version? Also, anyone have a link to evga gtx 1050ti non superclocked?

The TDP of the GPU is still 75W and GPU doesn't need a power connector from PSU, regardless if it's Founders Edition, SuperClocked, OverClocked etc.

Superclocked is just a fancy way for EVGA to say that they have overclocked the GPU base and boost clocks a little bit, compared to the Founders Edition. For example, the Founders Edition has boost clock 1392 Mhz while EVGA GTX 1050 Ti SC Gaming has boost clock at 1468 MHz.

The cheapest GTX 1050 Ti at amazon would be the PNY one,

Here's also the EVGA GTX 1050 Ti Gaming (non SC),
